In iOS 7 in order for notifications to work please make sure the app is not terminated from the recently used apps list (multitasking view). The application uses the low-power Geofencing service which makes it run only when a reminder fires.

Location Services and Background App Refresh must also be turned ON.

Please make sure Wi-Fi is turned ON for better accuracy in delivering notifications.
